Prospective authors are invited to submit a two-page extended abstract
via ConfTool at link by May 26, 2025, using the template
provided on this website.
Steps for submitting an extended abstract:
- 1. Create a user account at
https://csm.hr/iccsm2025/conftool/index.php?page=login
(Register new), if required.
- 2. Log in and select Register as Participant
- 3. Select Submit Contribution from the main menu.
- 4. Fill out the form and upload the pdf document with the extended
abstract in required form.
- 5. Important: If you are submitting the extended abstract for a special session,
enter the special session ID (listed at
https://csm.hr/iccsm2025/?page=special_sessions)
in the Remark/Message from the Authors to the Program Committee and Chairs box.

Authors of accepted abstracts will receive a confirmation of acceptance
by e-mail by May 31, 2025. In order for the abstract to be included in the program,
at least one of the authors must attend the conference and present the paper.
The Book of Extended Abstracts will be published in both printed and electronic form.
Extended abstracts and presentations should be in English.
Full papers (optional):
For those who would like to send the full paper, follow the instructions below:
- - Template: Use the same template that you used for the extended abstract.
- - Maximum Length: The full paper must not exceed 8 pages.
- - Submission: Please send your full paper directly to the email address
iccsm2025@csm.hr, do not use ConfTool for this purpose.
- - We will publish two books:
- Book of Abstracts – This will contain only extended
abstracts and will be available in both printed and electronic (PDF) form.
- Proceedings – This will include the full papers we receive, available in
electronic (PDF) form only. Since submission of a full paper is optional,
not all authors will provide one. In such cases, the extended abstract
will be included in the Proceedings instead of the full paper.
Call for the Organization of Special Sessions
The Congress will host a number of special sessions. If you would like to
organize a special session, please submit the title, names of organizers
and their affiliations, and a brief description to the Congress chairs
(marko.canadija@riteh.uniri.hr or leo.skec@uniri.hr) for approval as soon
as possible.
